Can the 21 day detox be combined with the keto zone diet? The allowed foods seem to be a bit different..like pineapple.

Hi Linda! The Detox and Keto Zone diet should not be done at the same time. You can alternate between the diets for best results. Start with the Keto Zone diet for 21 days then switch over to the detox diet for 21 days then back to the keto diet.
