High Protein Vegan Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen fruit medley (strawberry, mango, pineapple, papaya)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
  • 1 scoop Dr. Colbert’s Plant Protein
  • 1 handful of ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend
  3. Serve and enjoy!
