10 Powerful Foods Which Naturally Detox The Body

    I am looking for advise or recipes to make soups. Using the veggies that are ok for diabetic and blood pressure issues. I am new to your program and have read the eat your way to a healthy you. Thank you for this wonderful book and a new way to eat. I have been on this program for a week and a half and have already lost 9 pounds.
